There are a few Chinese programs on Hotbird 13 east.
Buy a Satellite mag, for a receiver.
Or I have a SkyStar2 PCI card in my computer, with the dish feed plugged in, and the computer decodes ALL encryption types.

You can watch Television channels from USA, UK, Canada and dozens of other countries unblocks through the internet if you install something called a VPN. Once you have this running on your tablet/laptop/Smart TV you will be able to watch live channels and also on demand. tons of content and pretty easy to set up on most devices.
See http://www.anglovpn.com/free-tv for this.
