They can leak. I definitely would discuss with your doctor though-
Mine didn't leak with first pregnancy, but I breastfed forever (until daughter was 20 months), and even LONG (seemed like a couple of years later) after I stopped, I still would occasionally "spot" with just one breast. I have "spotted" a few times with my current pregnancy in only one breast. When I say "spotted" I am talking just a drop- the first few times it happened, I thought I was being splashed or rained on. Interestingly, it has been the same breast that has spotted all along. Once your milk comes in, after the baby is born, they will probably both produce just fine (use them equally), I have noticed that one of mine seems bigger, but the baby always got a lot of milk from both. Definitely talk with doctor. If you are still concerned, the nurses (post delivery) can help, and you can always have a lactation consultation, or someone for the LeLeche group to discuss it with.

It's perctly normal but if you have any doubts just go ahead and ask your doctor. I'm 37 weeks and have been leaking since i was 20 weeks. I asked my doctor and she told me everything was fine even if one leaks more than the other.

You could speak to your doc on the next visit but I really don't think there is much to worry about. I personally never leaked, one girlfriend leaked all the time, one leaked in just one side as you are. Worrying is stress. Babies don't like stress.

Some people leak before they have the baby. I didn't have anything until the day my daughter was born. Everyone is different, don't worry about it.

For me it was my right one and it started in month six, the other one started when I was in labor, my hospital gown was soaked! They start when the hormones in you body make them start, or sometimes only when the munchkin starts eating at that restaurant! sorry, maybe you should get some pads, I suggest the type without the plastic backing as these can help your breast become painfully sore because it keeps them moist, not allowing them to breathe. Good luck and congrats!!!

neither one of mine leaked until I had my son. Everyone is different. If you have any concerns about this though go ahead and ask your obgyn, he will be able to answer all the questions you have.
