Try nail polish remover. In my experience, it has done the job more than once.

Use a powdered laundry soap put a small amount in the palm of your hand, add a small amount of water and rub thoroughly. The soap cleans as well as acts like an abrasive

Wash your hands. A mild solvent might help, but Sharpies use a tenacious ink.

Try some goo gone. The only proble is that then you will have to get rid of the odor from the goo gone.

gojo hand cleaner. get it at an auto parts or hardware store. it smells like orange and has a pumice grit to it. good luck.
