Pick up a book about women's fertility. You may not be ovulating or you are not "trying" at the correct time in the cycle. It could also be that your partner is not fertile.

Yes, you can still have a period and be infertile. See your doctor for specific help.

Yes, basically when you get your first period, your body is able to support a fertilized egg. Just take your time......use protection now, until you feel that it's time to start "trying" for a baby. I'm sure there is nothing wrong with you......if you keep on having unprotected sex, then you can wind up pregnant at a time that would be inconvenient to you. Best of luck to you.

Honestly, just go to the doctor and find out.

If you've been actively trying to conceive with no results for a year, they will start looking into fertility issues.

They *say* that you CAN have periods without ovulating (they call it break through bleeding), but I don't buy that.

I have PCOS and fibroid tumors, both of which are supposed to hinder ever getting pregnant, but I have miscarried 5 times, so what does anyone really know about anything?

Best course of action, though, get a doctor's appointment.

No, you can absolutely get regular periods and be infertile. Many things can cause infertility that don't affect your periods at all. Look up "fertility awareness method" to find details on how to determine at home if you're actually ovulating.

It may not be you. Your partner may not have 'good swimmers' or a large number of them. There are many possible reasons why you are not getting pregnant.
