I cannot speak on Tony Blair, but it is entirely possible that George Bush could be CHARGED with war crimes.
The use of torture, specifically water boarding, by the Bush administration as a torture technique is now well documented. This is a violation of international law, via the Geneva Conventions and the charter laws of the United Nations.
Now, it would be exceedingly daft to think that virtually every other nation in the world doesn't utilize torture as an intelligence gathering method, but that's the difference between the law and reality.

definite he could i'm no longer anti conflict yet i'm against the invasion of Iraq based on the Lies that Tony Blair &Co instructed. uk /u . s . a . allegedly have the suited intelligence amassing interior the international MI5/MI6/CIA/SIS/FBI so if the Iraqi's had WMD why have been they no longer able to pinpoint the places and direct those inspectors directly to them. might the u . s . a . enable a russian delegation of inspectors into all their web pages of WMD i doubt it. How might the u . s . a . and Britain experience if the troops of foreign places government pulled down the statues of their leaders. The BBC gave Tony's spin on Saddam's crack royal look after the place are they if the existed there could have been diverse human beings killed that the united kingdom u . s . a . have not admitted to killing grow to be it acceptable to search out his sons execute them and parade their bodies might blair like this to take place to his relatives he grow to be in simple terms as enormous a tyrant as Saddam in his very own way

They should be brought to account for lying about the need to go to war. It is disgusting, and has badly damaged faith in the democratic process and has brought into disrepute the office of President of the United States.

Yes they should be charged because just like Saddam was taken out ,so should they.We can say they call the shots now but later on we can charge them if we go against them. The point I am making is we are the consumers and victims of the world leaders, and I think they need to be replaced just like their forefathers. We only have one country to call ours.I guess that's why our president recently purchased 100,000 acres of land in Uraguay. This country's piece of land was stolen in the first place.US leaders are planning on leaving this rathole country anyway .
