sounds like you have a lot on your plate. but look: you're sixteen, you're not supposed to know everything or have all the answers. don't stress over it. just do the things you have time for, and do the things you like best most.

if you want me to make up your mind for you, i'll try: stay with soccer, do yoga, fit in some ballet where and when you can, and forget tennis. but really, don't listen to that advice. just follow your heart.

good luck!

My personal opinion is that all sports are good for you and in fact relaxing.... when you play a sport you are totally into it, such as tennis, and dont think of anything else... and that is relaxing to the mind. Then a good night sleep relaxes the body. Stress and burdens dont usually follow you onto the court. I feel that tennis is good to continue for the reason that after school is over for you and you are in the world, many people still play on a regualr basis. This is a sport you can play throughout your entire life. Soccer which you love, will end for you at one point as there are not many people who continue to play soccer as adults, especially women. Since you love soccer, play to your hearts content.
I have never been a great fan of yoga tho many people are.

Decisions are often difficult to make throughout your entire life. It is good that you are making a decision to balance your daily routine right now. It sounds as tho ballet is out due to the school where you learn t has not help you to advance. It may be that you have learned enough of ballet and received from it qualities that are becoming to a female- the gracefullness of a women. Not all women have this and it is certainly something attractive to the opposite sex.
It is important to do your best at all you do and gain something from each of these activities. I can not answer your question... only you can. A good way to make a decsion such as this is to make a list for each option (sport or any decision you make) and weigh the good vs bad things that are there for you. This is a good way to handle many decisions you make in life. You must weigh the pros and cons about all decisions, especially the important ones. Remember, EVERY decision you make in life will have a consequence be it good or bad. It is too bad many teens don't think before they act. Example: Drug use. Trying some drugs one and only one time can make you addicted... and then the drug addiction changes the entire course of your life and the way you always dreamed your life would become. Some decisions are not easy to make and follow thru with, but a smart person and good decision maker will walk thru life in the right direction. Good luck on resolving your problem and all future decisions you will make for yourself. Start your list right now.

Ever hear of a pros and cons list? At the top of the paper write the name of the sport, put a line down the middle of the paper and on one side write the benefits of doing that one, on the other write the problems with doing that one. Then pick the two with the most benefits. This is only one decision making tactic. See if it works for you. Good luck!

You can do almost anything in life, but you can't do everything.

You can have almost anything in life, but you can't have everything.

Don't make the mistake of thinking that what makes the experiences of life worthwhile are the experiences themselves. You are what is worthwhile. As long as you are growing, learning, loving, and enjoying yourself, it does not matter what you are doing. Now go back and ask yourself which of these experiences helps you grow, learn, love, and enjoy the most. Also make some time to sit quietly and watch the clouds roll by, just a little. Have fun.
