The above websites are nice, but if you want to be taken seriously as a business person, you should register your own domain name and pay for hosting. You can make your own website for as little as $5 a month. That $5 a month is worth the impression it would make on future clients.
If you insist on free, another option is to check your ISP (internet service provider). You often get small page space with your internet service.
