how old are you? it sounds like you have some raging hormones. it's not your sister. it could have been anyone's "boobs".
you need to stop thinking about it, (i know that is harder then it sounds) and do what most teenage guys do. find a different object for your obsession.

You shouldn't prey on your sister and you shouldn't pray over your sister. Watch out for piles of anything. Read at the Library, stay out of your sisters room, and wash your hands after every visit.
