Or maybe we need to blame Bush for those tortures and hang him? my opinion if we are so concerned about justice we should start from ourselves from our citizens who killed and tortured the prisoners. That who killed and tortured should be persecuted

How can you justify your moral relativity?

Equating the torture exacted by Hussein's regime (sticking feet into shredders, raping people's daughters in front of them, etc.) compared to being blindfolded, sleep deprived, or posing naked (stupid!) is pretty silly.
