I was walking across a parking lot the other night and a Van started up and backed up at the same time ,I had no time , I had to push my cart away and jump to keeo from being run over . I'm a 52 year old women , it was dark out I was alone and the stupid guy driving never looked back before backing out , he was so close to running me over that when I put my hands up as to stop the Van I hit it .
All I could do was scream at him and I kept screaming , you dumb so & so . I think I scared him , he could only manage to say sorry Lady with a horrified look on his face .
After the fact I realized that he could have been an armed bad guy trying to get away fast . Don't try this at home !

The guy just didn't see you. That happens alot in parking lots, that's why you have to keep your head up. You're watching too many movies, lady.

We all have moments of great fear, some of us have had near-death experiences, and anyone would be scared, but we must not let this fear that has entered momentarily our lives and stay with us always.. so glad you are alright... how you reacted I guess would be normal.. do not think about it anymore..
