i'm in retail managment, and I keep information in my head like who said they were going to an event for when they call off. Or who said that they needed an item in the store and then it comes up missing. You have to think like a theif to catch a theif, and storing info for later never hurts.
But in a positive way, yes. I remember how people like thier coffee so when I go on a coffee run, I can bring them back a suprise.

No, for me it's more like I stuff so many pieces of information into my mind that sometimes things fall out, and other times I'm rummaging around for the right piece of information only to find it in some other place that's nowhere near where I was looking.....
