How will they look different than today?

looking at clothes in museums from even 100 years ago, people are way bigger now. I can't believe grown adults wore such small clothes and shoes, there are military uniforms that would barely fit a 12 year old boy today. I think maybe people will be huge in 200 years if we keep getting bigger and heavier.
We might take another turn though, and have smaller bodies and bigger heads because we will know so much more and do so much less.

200 years are to short a time for evolutionary change to take place. (That is, if humans don't mess around with their own genome.)

I don't think they will be biologically any different than we are.

Nonetheless, we will find them either uglier or more beautiful than we are:

1.) They could look healthier to us, as i hope that someday in the near future, humans will actually begin to take better care of themselves. And by then, new technologies (like in medicine and nutrition etc.) will hopefully lead to a healthier life, not to mention good beauty products and stuff.

2.) The fashion, body art, make-up etc. could be so strange to us, that we could find them extremely ugly. Just think of fashions and customs of different places and times. You will certainly find a lot of things, which seem very strange and ugly to you, but are very beautiful for the people who practice this custom.

For example, most of people find aestethic surgery dusgusting. (By most people i mean people of other ethnies.) However, it has become very fashionable in certain western cultures.

Look in the mirror, the human body has changed little in the past 100,000 years and it's doubtful that we'll change radically in 200. Though the way things are going I wouldn't be surprised if everyone is morbidly obese due to over-eating and lack of exercise.

the same we look right now, 200 houndred years is very little time for evolution to make some changes really noticables.
