I have had Sprint for the past year or so, I have the $39.99, free incoming calls plan. I am so mad at the service though. I have never within the year paid less than $150 a month for my $39.99 plan (I barely use it, and I don't have any extras either), and its always one BS excuse after the next as to why i'm being charged extra! The representatives are always rude, there are always around 15 people at a time at the store and when it's packed this way, THAT'S when they decide to take their sweet time w/everyone, and the wait at times can be for hours at a time. :(

Sprint reception is rather blotchy and sometimes my calls don't even come through.

Is it just me, or is Sprint one of the worse telephone companies out there??

I'm switching as soon as I get a chance to pay for my cancellation fee (x-mas left me a bit broke). Any suggestions as to which company to switch to??

(Sorry bout all the ranting and raving, but I had to get this out there lol) *hugz*

I've also had a lot of problems with Sprint. They're always trying to charge us for roaming, even though it's included in our plan. I'm always having to call in about the overcharges on our bill.

I'll be watching to see what companies people recommend.
I've heard Verizon and Cingular are good.

I switched to Cingular for the reasons you have mentioned. They are not perfect, but their employees are aways polite and willing to discuss problems with you, coverage area is better, and i would NEVER go back to Sprint.
