How do I remove an adhesive from a jacket?

Have soaked it two times in Oxyclean and it appears to be loosening up a little

If you don't want to buy Goo-gone, try nail polish remover! Try it on a small hidden spot on your jacket first because it sometimes can remove the color from whatever it is that has paint or dyes in it.
