I just threw one VERY important folder into my deskop/computer trash can along with s bunch of other useless folders and pictures and other miscelaneus. I had no idea my folder was in there and I pressed "EMPTY RECICLE BIN" when in emptied I went back to the folder where all these other folders I threw away were, and I realized that this important folder waz missing and I had emptied the recicle bin already. I have nooo idea how to retrieve this folder, but I need the contens of that folder too badly to just let it go. PLZ if anyone knows or has any idea how to retrieve this folder, PLZ PLZ PLZ answer my question!!!

i believe you could go back in time through the computer. it is called system restore. to get there you would go through the start menu- all programs- accessories- system tools- system restore. this would allow you to go back in your computer's original state prior to deleting your files.

You have to use a data recovery program. System Restore will only restore system settings from an earlier date. Try Stellar Pheonix.

You may need to use a data recovery program. It is possible providing you dont do anything else, if you have access to a download agent like limewire, kazaa or emule just look for a data recovery program. It is possible as i lost my pictures on my digital camera and managed to get them back.
