Can you recommend a good FL city and/or hotel?

I am looking to visit FL in early Feb and it seems the southeast side of the coast is the warmest during that time. Can you recommend a good city or hotel to stay at? Don't want to do much touristy stuff- just lay around at the beach. Thanks!

I went to St. Petersburg, FL and stayed at the Don CeSar hotel. Its a pink hotel but located right on the beach. It is a fantastic hotel with no real touristy stuff but it you wanted it, its right near by.

Everytime I go to Florida, I stay in Lake Buena Vista, it is about five miles from Disney and it is beautiful. Plenty to do, like shopping, eating, and doing fun stuff.
