I've always celebrated on the 28th (though March 1st is technically accurate.) Though it would be neat if you had something that happened exactly at that nano second between 11:59.999999 and midnight.

Yes, you should celebrate the day following the 28th. She was born on the day after the 28th. Whether it is the 29th or 1st is irrelevant. Have fun. You are a great and thoughtful friend.

I did heard a pair of times that ppl who have been born on the twenty 9th of february in basic terms rejoice their birthdays each 4 years. maximum ppl i understand that have been born the the twenty 9th rejoice there birthday on the 1st of March.

hell yes, i think she'll get a kick out of it, do a girlfriends get together and make it a surprise. invite all her friends and go out to eat and by her some presents. tell her i said happy b-day!
