Help add/remove problem!?

I keep getting : Res://spr3.dll/default.hta when i try going into my add and remove. What can i do??? i have to remove programs

Sounds like you may be infected with some sort of virus or spyware. Run an antivirus scanner and an anti-spyware program and clean up any infection you might have. If you have Windows, try Symantec or BitDefender for antivirus and Spybot Search and Destroy and Windows Defender for anti-spyware.
