I answered your other question and i hope i did not scare you. Yes a pregnancy test will show your pregnant up to 8 weeks after having a miscarriage or giving birth because of the hcg levels still being in your system.
I hope that has not happened to you. Take care.

It would still say positive, as the hormone would still be present in your body. If you only miscarried 2 hours ago, you need to head down to the hospital to get checked out. I'm sorry for your loss x

You'll never know for sure without going to hosp, i've miscarried twice and the hosp are really good, they'll take you straight away, they'll give you a scan to find out exactly what's going on inside, you can have a bleed and still be pregnant, but you seriously need to go to hosp, to make sure it's nothing dangerous. A pregnancy test this soon after miscarriage would still show pregnancy hormones. Please take my advice and go, don't worry about going, just go. Good luck x

My stick test said positive the day after I miscarried. I was morbidly curious, so I checked because the doctor had told me it would read positive because the hormones would take a while to leave my bloodstream.

If its only been 2 hours then your system hasnt had time to return to normal yet. I sorry for your loss. Dont go doing a pregnancy test you may get false hopes.

Yes, it is indicating the hormone is present. That amount of time is not enough for your body to get rid of the hormone. You need to call the doc or go to the ER if you think you've mc'd.

yes. it can take up to a month for your hCG levels to return to normal. did you see your doctor? it's very important to see a doctor if you are having/had a miscarriage.
