I got a dj mixing set for my xmas but am a bit hopeless. Been looking for acapella versions of songs and some of the links I'm getting are for webpages that play the song in quicktime in the middle of the screen. How do I save these so that I can use them in mp3 or wma format? I've tried right clicking on the page but thats not working. Do I have to get quicktime pro to be able to save these or is there another way?

There's a free program called "Audacity" that will do the job for you. It's listed at the below link.
What you'd want to do is start up Audacity, and on the top right you'll see a down arrow bar with the default of "line in" showing. Click on the arrow and change that to "What U Hear". Click on the "Record" button, and then start up your Quick Time player to play your .qt file. Once the file has finished playing, click on the Stop button in Audacity. You'll now have that sound file in a format that you can play around with on your mixing set. Good luck.

Believe it or not, Depending on the software these webpages are using the files might already be on your computer. Go back to the website and let the song play completely. Once its done go to the Browser Tools column, Down to Internet Options, Go to Temporary Internet Files setting, Click settings, click view files. Look for the song you just listened to. You can move it by dragging it to your music folder or desktop or simply cut and paste it to where ever you want it.
