can anyone help me into getting back my runekite from this person? are there any tips i could do to get into the guy's account and take my runekite back? i spent so much money on it :(

Did you let him borrow it or something because I find it hard for someone to steal something from you unless you willingly gave it to him in the first place.
Anyway, it's not going to do you any good to report him because there's no way for Runescape to know that the item belongs to you. In the digital world, possession is 100% of the law.
Your best bet to get your item back is to either hack his account, which can be difficult or trick him into revealing this password. If you can trick him into installing a keylogger, then you can easily get his password. It's easier if you know where he lives because you can just install it on his computer when he's busy doing something.
