What does your court papers say? Do not under any circumstance readjust your support without court approval. You can petition the court for a remodification of child support hearing if you feel youre being treated unfairly here and let the court readjust it. Keep a detailed record along with receipts for anything you do or pay for up and over what you were court ordered to do. Good luck and have a fantastic new year

Yes, you have to pay regardless. However, you may go to the courts and ask for an adjustment to lower what you currently pay, and they have to lower the amount you pay. I had that same issued with one of my ex wives and a child. That's what i did and the court lowered my payments.

expensive Sprinkle. it somewhat is like the C.S.A. are chasing the incorrect human beings lower back. in the event that they have the two come to an amicable settlement and it somewhat is working then they'd desire to the two be left on my own, it makes no difference to any toddler benefit as that's never taken under consideration, yet in my opinion i think of they'd desire to have written to the C.S.A 13 years in the past pointing out their case and bypass away the region because it somewhat is, they must additionally state they'd desire to be dealing with fathers who do not pay for there little ones yet understanding the C.S.A. I doubt in the event that they are able to examine besides. ultimate of luck....David
