Go to your desktop, right click, go to properties, and then either Settings or Views. The pixelation may be different than that which is normal to you.

Lay your mouse on any outer edge or corner till you see a two-headed arrow. Then drag it out to fit screen by holding down on left mouse and drag the arrow.
