Junk mail and returning to sender, can I ...?

can i just write on the envelope return to sender, or do i need some noterized stamp or something. With your experience, does returning to sender at sender's costs really stop them sending junk mail?

No,you don't need any thing else other than that.I had to return something before but it never came back again.All I put on the mail is returned to sender.

You will need a stamp . I already tried that . Also there is usually a 1 800 # somewhere on the mail you can call to tell them to stop sending it .
