this is related to robotics with LEGOs and gears. My vehicle is using two 9-Volt motors and I turn by making one motor go forward and the other motor going backwards. PLEASE HELP! anyone who does crap answers will be reported to Yahoo! Thanks in advance!

The motors will do a certain amount of work. Friction will waste some of that. The portion that goes to kinetic energy will go to 2 kinds.
KElinear = m*v^2 / 2
KErotational = I*w^2 / 2

So some of the energy is in the rotating wheels and gears etc.
