There's alot of places, photobucket for pictures, www.xdrive.com for files, yahoo photos for pictures too, you just have to poke around. You need to clean sounds like but you probably have alot of junk files on there too, I would recommend disk clean, defrag, then a program like crap cleaner which is free to download and clean, it removes tons of stuff you never knew was there, I run mine every other day, the less files you have the less problems you have if someone tried to hack you and succeeded.

Lots of ways to remove files from your hard drive - but that may not be the reason your running slow. Some of my large files I mailed to myself on a gmail account ----for other reasons than what is troubling you. Just house keeping.
Maybe if you tell us what is happening to your computer and what you have running in the background (all those programs in your task bar) they really slow the system down because they start running as soon as you boot the computer...........close as many of them as you can.
Did you scan for spy-ware or viruses?

You may get some good advice if you give us some facts.

1. Have a serious "cull" of files.

2. Defragment the drive.

3. Set up a second partition or install second hard drive for data, leaving OS and programs on C: partition or drive.

nicely for this reason attempt to lower back up all your information (on an exterior annoying stress, flash stress, cd's, and so on). next restart your working equipment via pressing the two F10 or F11 (looking on your laptop's restoration disk). in case you dont have that then insert the working equipment Disk to place in. in case you want extra helpful overall performance purchase extra RAM, i want to advise a minimum of 1GB (for todays working purposes). basically pay attention which sort of RAM your motherboard has (the two DDR or DDR2). that would desire to do it.. I assure it :)

just back them up on a cd/dvd, flash drive, buy a ehdd, then run a clean install of windows if thats what your looking to do. Otherwise run a disk cleanup, disk defragmenter, spyware check, check PF, check startup processes, a/v, want me to keep going because i can go forever..
