I think it was the pain that caused the heart attack, The broaken hip that caused the pain, And the trash container that caused the broaken hip. so maby it was the trash in the container without the trash he would not have been pulling the bag out.

Well it would be the trash can because it wouldnt let the trash bag out, which resulted in a broken hip which then resulted in a heart attack which put an end to it, so the trash can is the one to blame, someone should hang it so it never hurts anyone again.

Heart attack

It sounds as though the person might have been an older person and they might have lower bone density which can lead to broken bones occurring from seemingly simple things, such as moving the wrong way and falling down. I do not think that the pain is what caused his death, it was probably his hearts inability to respond to the bodies additional stress brought on by the pain. So to answer your question it was a combination of all three things with the actual culprit being the heart attack.

The heart attack killed him, of course. Neither of the other two killed him. The trash container did nothing at all. He fell and broke his hip.

The answer is simple. The heart attack, or medically referred to as a Myocardial Infarction (M.I), caused his death. The M.I. was most likely triggered from the over exertion of pulling the trash bag out of the can. You can though die from a pelvic fracture pending on its' own complications, such as whether or not it ruptured the femoral artery. That death, however, occurs over an extended period of time pending on how bad the internal bleeding can be. This patient died of an MI secondary to overexertion.
