Stuart, why don't you read the question... I asked if there was one, and not that I wanted to start one.

So i'm not exactly sure of how the whole condolences-for-people condemmed-to-hanging normally works, so i can't tell you for sure if there is in existance or not a book of condolences. But what i can tell you is this,

no matter how rotten or evil (and there is not a doubt in my mind that he was evil) a person is, there will always be SOMEBODY who cares for them, loves them or just plain feels akin to them in some way. You can rest assured that just because we as a nation hate the man, does not mean that every last person on the face of this earth does. I have no doubt in my mind that there is at least one person somewhere that is mourning his death in some way. This person may themselves not even be an evil person, just someone who cared about Hussein before he became....well i dont have any words strong enough to describe what he became.....or they too may be an evil, hateful person who was no different on the inside than hussein himself. But my point is, that someone is bound to be crying over Hussein, even if they do not condone all the evil acts he was responsible for. They may even simply be morning the person that he COULD have been and less who he was...but whatever their reasons and whoever they may be, i can say with confidence, someone has condolences for him even if they are not written in a book somewhere...... even if it does sound sick to us.

Ordinarily when a head of state dies, the embassies of that state across the world would have a book of condolence for people to sign. With the current political situation in Iraq, it is highly unlikely that any of Iraq's embassies would do so. However, Libya has declared three days of mourning, perhaps its embassies worldwide will be doing something. Although I think the only people signing it would be those related to Saddam, or who benefited from his régime - and there weren't many of either.

Sorry that you will have no chance for revenge in the afterlife as Messrs Bush and Blair will be going to the other place down below.

There shouldn't be and if there is it should be destroyed. That man does not deserve condolences. Go celibrate with the rest of the world.

I'm sure if there was one, it was an index card. They roped the guy up and dropped him through a trap door! He's going to be lucky to get a toe tag! What do you honestly think?

Say huh??????

Saddam was in the same league as Hitler and Stalin. He deserved to die- sorry to say that, because I try to love people- but he did nefarious things to his own people.
