Put the food and water dishes there. Dogs won't "do" where they eat.

Is the problem just the smell? Or how to make them stop "going" in the house? For the smell, scrubb the area with bleach, soap and water. Let the bleach solution soak there for a bit, then scrub. After the floor dries, rinse again with vinagar and water. Don't use amonia, it will make the pets want to go in that spot again.
Now, how to make the dogs stop going there. Why are they doing they're business in the house? Are they older dogs that are incontinate? Are they not going outside enough? Are they just use to going to that spot to do there business? Are they mad at you? You have to break them of the idea of using that spot. If they are incontinate, you can't stop them, they're not in control of there bladder, put down puppy pads in that spot. But I doubt if that is the problem, or there would be dribbles all over the house.
Can you block off the area so the dogs can't get to that spot?
You can also buy doggy diapers at Petsmart, so they can't go in the house. Or rather, they can try, but get an unhappy result. Often after wearing a diaper for a couple of weeks in the house breaks them of want to "go" in the house. Ususally they have a relapse, then put the diaper back on. Pretty soon they realize that peeing in the house gets the diaper, and they stop.
Next, treat the area with a smell they don't like. You can try making a tea from cloves and spraying it on that area. Or a tea with any other pungent herb the dogs don't like.

Go to a specialty pet store (like Petsmart), or order online a product such as "Simple Solution" (dog's formula- they also make one for cats). It has bacteria/enzymes in it that kill the odor causing offenders in the pee. That will eliminate the "smell" that attracts the dogs to their favorite spot, but they've also formed a habit of going there. (That's probably a whole new question to ask!) You might try putting their food bowls down in that location for awhile, bcs I know that they generally don't like to do their business near their food. I would also consider a pretty regularly scheduled routine of taking them to the potty at the same times each day (especially after eating and sleeping). Best of luck to you.
