I'm fourteen, African-American, and used to dance a lot and play soccer. Now my only excercise is theatre dance. I've started walking a mile a day, 30 sit-ups, 100 jump-ropes, and dance warm-up/calisthenics.

Any ideas or advice or suggestions?

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

You sound like you're off to a great start, make sure you are also stretching, doing strength training and eating a healthy diet. Your body will probably be in great shape in no time since you have been active before. I took about 4 years off of dancing and it only took a few months. good luck and keep up the hard work!

Incorperate some weights into your regimine. Nothing extreme but perhaps some 151bs dumbels because muscle increases your metabolism which results in weight loss.

You sound like you know what to do. Go ahead and join those dance classes. You're probably ready for it.
