i don't agree with capital punishment but i'd like to see Bush on trial for the following war crimes: illegal preemptive war, torture, use of illegal weapons (white phosphorus).

No, I don't. But only because capital punishment is wrong. Also, it was uncivilized to execute Saddam on a religious holiday, and before he could stand trial for his alleged major crimes (where his relations with the United States would have been exposed).
More importantly, we need a public, thorough, and independent investigation of all of Bush's actions against Iraq. And then we can decide what should happen to him.

No I don't think Bush should be hanged.
I think he should be in prison for the rest of his life though, along with Wolfowitz, Cheney, Rumsfeld and the rest of the architects of the war in Iraq.

GW has commited no crimes..... he is protected by the US laws and If you Do not like him that is fine he is a leader not an American Idol cadidate for you to phone in on. I would rather see you hanging than GW.
