Every summer my husband and i take a trip to the river canoeing ,i will tell you more about the Terip okay ,its about a 6hr tri on the way we always stop at this Amish bakery ran by a family ,they don't have any electricity in the house except on the shed they call bakery ,they have the best cookies ,pies ,breads.Bagels ,they open Thur,Friday and Sat only .this summer when we stop buy they where having a big lunch ,man siting waiting to be served ,all the women eve children don't eat until all the man finish ,they invited my husband to join ,guess what ,i had to join the women serving ,i felt like i was on little house on the prairie ,of course my husband was giggling inside the whole time ,i was pissed .
I was a very nice experience .
The town is In PRYOR Oklahoma.there's no signs ,you just have to ask ,until today I'm not sure how we found such nice people .

Yeah, we had an Amish dude train my Grandpa's horses. Also, a Amish family move in just outside of town and we see them riding in their buggy after school. Someone had to put hitching posts up around town. What's really weird is to see Mennonites (they aren't as strict as the Amish) in Wal-Mart or McDonalds with dress and bonnets on.

We went to a restaurant that is owned and run by some Amish people. The food was wonderful and the service was quite hospitable.
