Forever 21 is a great place to find a cute bat mitzvah! Most of them are priced around $30 (!), and they have a huge selection. You may even be able to find one that matches the color of your tallit/tallis, which would be even better. Hope this helped!

i could try jc penney macys or boscovs. they have extremely priced yet attractive outfits. yet remember..u won't coach ur shoulders interior the synagogue! so don't get a dress that has spaghetti straps or none in any respect. if u would desire to inspite of the shown fact that then u would desire to get a sweater or overthrow to bypass over it. u probably already knew that yet i concept i'd desire to tell u basically in case. basically shop that in the process recommendations while u shop for the dress.
