I live in the USA, but does anyone who lives in the UK have shows such as, Nickelodeon, Disney (kids shows) what about the game shows Wheel of Fortune and Deal or No Deal? (You may have the same show - but different hosts)

No! While there is quite a bit of overlap due to US shows being imported and UK shows being adapted for the US market, i.e. "The Office", "Who Wants to be a Millionaire" etc., the UK and US television markets are separate entities with different production companies and station owners.

There is increasing overlap as US and UK producers attempt to broaden into global players. MTV was the first wave of companies opening shope around the world but others have followed. The BBC is notable for opening a direct programming outlet in the US. Nickolodeon and Disney are two that yo mention that also have wide global reach and do have offerings in both the UK and other European countries. That doesn't mean that all the programming or personalities are the same though.

I'd bet they would.. just going off what I have been learning.. or come to REALISE..

TV is literally being used by most western nations purely for propaganda now.. little more.. with nearly EVERY program having some kind of subliminal cues and messages.. YES even the game shows do this.. and nearly ALL new release movies.. it's really getting pathetic..

USA virtually mastered the art of TV propaganda during and after WW1 and especially WW2.. where USA had FREE REIGN.. in other words.. it could say whatever it liked.. and get away with it.. USA also acquired all the latest technology available throughout the world.. and unified .. simular to what Rome did in ancient times.. where it plundered the planet and brought all the technology back to Rome.. USA did a simular thing with it's "technology" advancements.. most originated from Europe!!

ON top of that.. things like the Nobel prize, Grammy awards.. and many of the other art awards.. were also hijacked.. a good 50 years ago.. so only crap is winning awards ever since.. and only those in the inner circle win these prizes now.. it's not a fair and open system.. It's become some kind of mafia who controls who can become an actor or artist.. and who will get the exposure or bad reviews.. its all a centralised system.. I think it's called HOLLYWOOD..

The worst part is if you are a BLACK person.. in the 40's this meant you were only ever cast as either a slave, a dancer who entertains whites.. or a golliwog butler.. things have since changed.. and now.. BLACK people are usually just violent gangsters with major drug problems who can never be trusted.. ironically this couldn't be further from the truth.. for those who know black people in real life.. they tend to be a lot wiser than any white person.. and GEEZ I wonder why?? could it be that they dont watch half the TV white people do?? talk to a black person next time.. get their view on the world.. you'll find even a poorly dressed black homeboy type will have a more lucid opinion than many white collar workers..

TV has FAILED society!!

Every program is there to teach you right from wrong.. and fill your heads with ideas that will become common and acceptable in society..

This is good for nationalism.. although it does tend to create racisim.. due ot the over generalisations.. like all Arabs seem to be terrorists.. and all jews seem to be poor innocent victims.. and lately.. all christian priests are eveil paedophiles.. these things keep coming up.. constantly.. even on friggin game shows.. (or blacks as criminals in prison -another good one)

So with TV.. we will have a wonderful homogenous society.. who all follow the same rules.. yearn for the same things.. and agree on the same values..

Sadly.. the rest of the planet.. may see things entirely differently.. and we risk becoming the most ignorant race of people on the planet.. bad enough the education system teaches copious LIES.. especially with history studies.. ALL LIES!!

Then to ferment them on our daily TV shows.. simply means anything we create anything we evolve into.. will be on a platform of lies, dishonesty and brainwashing television..

The saddest part is.. WE ALL WATCH THE BOX!!

It's a daily addiction that has now afflicted at least 80% of all Anglo-western citizens.. the highest on the planet.. Anglo children will go BEZERK if the TV is taken away from them.. Even socialisation revolves around television programs.. and failure to know what is happenng on "Sex in the City" could now mean you have less friends..

THIS is the society we are building.. around the television..

The worst part is that now we are healthily hooked on TV.. they have taken all the good programs off free-to-air.. and now people have to pay for paytellivision.. to watch programs that are old.. and were once free..

Anyone seeing the big picture yet??

They introduce new technology.. like "blue ray" and "HDDTV" .. it's all a gimmick to get you to waste more money and become more entrenchecd and obsessed with television.. I mean lets face it.. if you spend $20,000 on a television set or even $2000.. then there is a good chance you plan to use it daily..

I always say.. for every pixel on my television set.. there are 100 suckers who fell for it..

The power of a pixel..
