Actually I found you a fairly decent one and it's FREE, I hope it works for you. Happy New Year. (Sorry about the shed crack)

There are many things to consider, how big is the tree?, what ages are the kids who will be playing in this "tree House"? How big do you want the tree house to be? if you plan on building a treeless tree house, then all you need is 4 posts or so secured to the ground to hold up the tree fort, but all the above questions will still apply to the over all structure. Plan well build it to last 25 years... Two screws are better then one!

Since it's a treeless tree house, you could just call it a playhouse.

It is called a playhouse if you don't have a tree. these also are easiest to build as you don't have to go up in a tree.

You could also get a prefabricated storage shed and turn it into a playhouse.
