That's never happened to me but it would really make me mad. I'm sorry it happened to you and your mom because that looks like a really good movie.

yea. my mom and i went to see some movie a couple years ago and the kids in front of us would not stop yelling and talking and making noise. and when i blew a bubble with my gum, the girl turned back to me and gave me the most evil look i have ever seen. haha talk about hypocricy!
another time, i went to see sahara with my sister and friends, and right when it got to the good part, this teenager a couple rows down made a REALLY loud noise with his chair. this middle aged man got sooo pissed and told the kid to stop. then he did it again. that man walked over to the kid and TORE THE GUY'S SHIRT OFF! then security came and kicked the kid out... anyways, everyone in the theatre was watching the kid and the man instead of the movie.

It has happened to me once before. I asked them in a polite but firm manner to stop being an annoyance.
Must have been something about my body language that made them feel uncomfortable, they stopped.
Whenever I got the idea that they were starting to act up again I just gave them one of those “ you don’t want to do that stares ”.
They kept quiet for the remainder of the movie.
lol - it really worked!

I've had that happen to me before too...now, I try to go during the day when the kids are still in school. There's been quite a few times when me and my family have been the only ones in the room. It's great when that happens.
