heres the problem....it was a school holiday for 2 months....i used most of the time in games and internet....so i thought why not use the computer in the morning....i kept awake in the morning for 2 months...and kept getting a hang over in the afternoon.Now school's gonna start and i can't seem to sleep in the night....some people call this Jet Lag i presume right?? How Do I solve this habit of mine??
