If Bush were a dictator his social security and immigration plans would have met greater approval. Dictators do not have to deal with congress. By the way, none of our laws state that we must follow popular opinion in the United Nations: certainly Clinton did not always follow UN opinion.

Why would that make him a dictator? Do you even know what a dictator is? I'm thinking that you don't, or you would not have asked that question. Saddam was a dictator, Castro is a dictator, Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini - they were dictators. Do you live like all the people that were under these men? Not even close! So, you tell me. NO!!! Bush is not a dictator!

Bush is the president of the US. He is not a dictator. He has a lot of power, but there are restraints on the use of that power. Like not silenceing people like you who are critical of his policies. Name calling shows a lack of intelligence. If you have legitimate complaints you could air them without being obnoxious about it. But then, this is a free country, so you can be obnoxious if you want. Neither I nor Bush can do anything about that.

No he's not a dictator. If he was a dictator, America wouldn't be the land of the free and a ton of people would've already tried to make a run for it.

Disobeying the UN doesn't make one a dictator. Not allowing free elections or free speech makes one a dictator.
