We were the greatest of friends. We could talk and talk for hours and by mistake I didn't stay in touch and now I am really needing this friend and I can not locate him. I did try to talk with him once and he didn't want to talk to me. I just wish he would give me another chance. Can someone please try to answer my question? He is working in Clayton, GA with a real estate company I am so proud he did follow his dreams, I never did and he always told me too. We connected the first time we met and now he is alot happier than I.

This might be him. There's an Arnold Joe Kowanes listed under "Builders" in Rabun County, Georgia.

Well, you can start looking on People Finders website. Search by name. Enter "Arnold J Kowanes" and click "Search". Look at all the results. You'll see any AKAs/Associated Names, if Age, Birth Date, Phone, Address City, State, and any Possible Relatives he may have.
Next, look on ZabaSearch. Enter Arnold J Kowanes, and click "Submit ZabaSearch". Between these searches, you may see addresses or phone numbers. You may be able to get up with him that way. God bless!
