Ok ppl very very very big issue here!!! Me and two of my friends want to go to the mall they are aloud but I'm not!! Were gonna go like 4PM-8PM or sumthin lyk dat. (kuz were gonna catch a movie @ 6. the moviez and mall are connected) i dont know how to convince her also im 13!! invitin ma friendz over wont work eithr!! plz help!!

hey, i'm thirteen too. show her you're mature. don't be whiny or childish about it, since that'll show her you're not ready to go out on your own. and also, consider this - maybe the area you live in isn't quite safe enough. but if you tell her calmly, and explain to her why you want to go so badly, maybe she'll say yes.
or compromise. choose an earlier time, which might make her feel better.

Tell your Mom to give you a chance to prove how mature you are.
If she does let you go then make sure you are where you are supposed to be picked up on time and don't do anything to mess it up.
