Start a savings account... and keep adding to it... When it gets large enough transfer it to a mutual fund. Designate this fund for "doing good". Keep it growing and help others out along the way throughout your life as this grows.

If you meant a one time $25, with no adding to it in the future, then simply seek out a family who you see could use it, such as those who had a illness in the family and have big hospital bills. Don't bother giving it to ANY homeless person... they simply CHOOSE to be homeless and will not do anything good with that money.

YOU can CHOOSE to make more money with that money and help more and more people... choice is up to you!

Happy Saturday !!

Give it away to an animal shelter, soup kitchen, shelter, etc. Or you can also do something special for a family member, such as restore an old photo and frame it, or making a partial payment on a bill for someone you know in need of it. 25$ can go a long way with good intentions such as your own.

Give it to someone you know can use it. Give it to a homeless person or just buy them a meal. you will feel good afterwards. 25 dollars to the poor is like 100.

There are several organizations that act like foster parents. I these organizations you can purchase things for the foster child that they may need. Rather than throwing $25 at the child they allow you to buy goats or livestock. things that are a renewable resource. :)

Here's a double good thing to do: Give it to a charity with a note that's in honor of someone, with that person's name and address. Then they'll use the money for something good, AND send a note to the person telling them a donation was made in his/her name.
