Would I exist? or would a brother or sister exsist instead of me. Out of all those 300 million sperm cells, was it just the right "one" that made me "me"?

There is a certain amount of randomness to how the genes combine, so even if that same event had happened at a different time, you would have slightly different characteristics the same as any brother or sister of yours. I won't get into the philosophy of whether or not you would still be you.

Just think...out of all those sperm, you were the fastest and the strongest!! Any other sperm just wouldn't have been you. It's a lot to think about when we first realize the wonder and miracle of our own existence. (It sound corny but it's true.) You're lucky to be here and it all started when you beat out all the other swimmers. You wouldn't exist if there had been a faster swimmer in that batch. Congratulations!!!
