First of all, you can neither breath nor eat underwater. If you wear scuba gear, you can breath underwater, but when you're just swimming regularly, you cannot. It may seem like people are breathing underwater when they swim fast, but all they are doing is twisting their head to the side to breath very quickly whenever they need to.

i reacon i can breathe out of my airs. I seem to be able to stay under long when my ears are out of the water opposed to if they are under the water, i dont know if its just because i can hear things and it makes it easier, Im not sure,
Maybe im imagining things

Maybe because there is not enough oxygen, nitrogen and carbon dioxide for you to breath in?
