i think rolling tobacco is healthier with less chemicals but neither is good.

The recent campaign funded by the UK Department of Health and being publicised by the Cancer Research Campaign has further details on the poisons associated with cigarette smoke. I have looked at the website below and cannot find anywhere that mentions specifically hand rolling tobacco. most tobacco does not have saltpetre added that's why a Roley goes out when not puffed but give it up mate I am trying to after nearly fifty years I have seen most of my family die from smoking related disease my dad, my mum, my wife and my Nephew of 30 has just had his leg amputated, it is not worth the risk!!!!!!!!
