Empires rose, empires fell; the Summerian, the ancient Egyptian, the Greek, the Roman, the Chinese, the hinu, the early Muslim, the Othomanian, not to mention some believe in Limura and Atlantis empires. They all were powerful, advanced and very sophisticated in their own ways, but still they all decayed and collapsed due to corruption; corruption we do practise now, ignoring history. What's wrong with the human race?!

Well at some point the sun will explode and at some point very much later than that, either everything in the universe will go cold or there will be another big bank. Nothing lasts forever.
As for the immediate future, 21st Century America does have some parallels to ancient Rome (except of course they were an Empire and we are just a country), but the lack of morals and the "bread and circus" of the U.S. media and entertainment industries seems to be spot-on parallels to the people that ran Rome.

Every one thought 9/11 was a good wake up call for us Americans. We did well for a long time banning together, and helping one another no matter what race the other was or what color. We were back to our old morals and our united way of thinking. But it soon wore off and now here we are back to prejudice and greediness again. It is in my prayers that America will not fall, but instead hold stead-fast, and one day not take for granted the freedom so many of our leaders and military men and women has given their all so we may have this gift.

No, the WHOLE world hates america. Eventually the europeans or Canada are going to over as a superpower and the US with an economy destroy by something as stupid as the world in irak will turn into a christian version fo iran threarting the world with its weapons of mass destruction.

No, no civilization does. They have a lifecycle. America has likely already peaked and in middle age, best case, at the moment.
A stark lesson is how rapidly the Soviet Union collapsed after their misadventure in Afghanstan.
Incidentally, that is Osama's movements model and their plan for the US.
