Florida has most fun.
There's so much to do here.
lots of beaches, amusement parks, restaurants, nightlife, etc.

I think it is the people in the state that have a lot to do with it. The warmer states can get out and do more unless you like to ski. I have friends here in the Midwest and we go and do things all the time. It depends on the friends you have and what interests you have. You can always find things to do if you keep your eyes and ears open. You don't even have to leave your front yard to have fun.
