If you are still a growing teenager yes it may, exercising alot has been shown to lower estrogen levels (female hormones). For grown adults its good in the sense that it helps to decrease your chances of getting ovarian cancer, but if you are a teenager low estrogen levels may affect your chest development. Anyway when you exercise and lose weight you lose it overall from your whole body, there is no such thing as spot reduction so your breasts may look smaller along with your hips, waist etc. Weight lifting, toning in the chest area can have a uplifting effect, making your "assets" firmer and more pronounced. One simple trick you can try is this: press your palms against each other tightly, your forearms sticking out parallel to the floor (sort of like a prayer motion), feel the tension in ur chest and underarms. Do repeitions of 20 times per day and you will see results soon. No miracles but I owe it my sexy cleavage in low cut outfits. Hope this helps!

Yes. But only if you do it A LOT.
Have you ever done Tae Bo? Do you sometimes see the women that are so into it? They are sweating 5 minutes in and are doing it literally 2x faster than everyone else. Those kinds of people really have no chests, sorry to say.

Yes it could. Your chest has fat in it and if you work out a lot it could turn it into muscle and tone it. Just like turning belly fat into toned abs. There shouldn't be that much of a difference though.
