seems someone keeps playing my friend but for some reason i feel she's not sincere.

Enemies treat you nice and tell you what you want to hear. Friends tell you the truth no matter how bad and treat you fair even if it isnt nice to you always.

Go with your gut feeling. It can take years to have a sincere, trusting relationship with someone. If you feel she is not sincere she probably isn't. Some are even so good at "playing" sincere that you pour your heart out AND your deepest, darkest secrets out only to find that the joke is on you. You can have lots of friends. But, you will only have a few GOOD, trusting friends throughout your lifetime. Girls can be really mean. Their is a jealousy factor out there that you don't usually find with men.
Don't necessarily shut her out if you want to hang out with her; unless you feel that it is a harmful relationship. But, don't share anything emotionally with her. Just keep it all on the surface. (Like shopping or hanging out on the weekends at clubs, or whatever your tastes are). Just leave it at that for now and you will find out on your own. Everyone's true colors eventually shine through.

I can tell who are my enemies and who are my friends because enemies fake being your friend and talk behind your back alot to your other friends they also blow you off with your plans because they dilike you. And your friends are the ones that will tell you what your enemies told them and either come to your plans or have an understandable clear reson why they can't come.

because your friends will always be there for on your bad days to help u get through them u can talk to your friends about anything
but your enemy try to give u bad days want to see u sad and depressed heart broken and full of sorrow they live to see u do bad they dont try to confort u like a friend with a friend u will always have a shoulder to lean on.......thats the difference

By the way they treat you or if you only tell that person a secret and somehow it gets to everyone else. She could also be using you to get closer to someone or something your close to so she wants what you have. Sometimes it's not obvious until something big happens and she's not around.

I think you should talk to your friend about it and ask if she thinks that person is sincere. communication is all you need. if the person turns out not to be sincere, then still be their friend just don't continue to trust them.

Then you apparently know your friends and your non-friends. Sometimes we befriend someone who turns out to not be a friend...other times we have suspicous or negative feelings toward someone who later turns out to be one of our best buddies...
If something is a red flag then pay attention to it...if someone proves their friendship isn't true, then remove them from your life...

..enemies use that fake voice...and are more friendlier to you than your real friends. ..
..especially if you say to yourself, "wow, that was nice of them"..sometimes you can see right through it....
