What was the name of that TV show back in the 90's about a guy who got Tomorrows paper and would save people. Like if he saw a freak accident of a man falling off a ladder he would go to the scene and save the guy.

I have to agree with the rest of the answers' its Early Edition. I remember when he kept this little girl who was sick father from robbing a bank in order to get the medicine for her treatment because her mother was about to die and he was about to die and his little girl would get the transplant that she needed to live from her father but if he robbed the bank then the father would live and the daughter would die but the man who was always saving people didn't realize that until the end!
