Indoor is like in a rec center.
Outdoor is like in a community pool.

Since I live in Florida, weather is not too much of an issue. And leaves don't fall from trees here.

Indoors is better because the weather won't be a factor. The air quality might not be as good indoors, yet if the weather is rainy or way too sunny that you lose energy, making outdoor pools worse. Also, indoor pools are usually much cleaner than outdoor pools because leaves and dirt get into outdoor pools quite easily and it is hard to remove it.

I would say outdoor for one reason only. If you are swimming in an indoor pool with a lot of people around you it can get very warm to the point of it being uncomfortable. Otherwise, its really a moot point.

Since weather isnt an issue it just really depends whihc one is shorter i guess I mean if its a yard or meter the pool that affects your times. So it just depends and the colder the water the faster you swim.
